Property Portraits was founded on the principle of providing premium photography and floor plan services with affordable pricing in the Reigate, Redhill and East Surrey areas. Here is what you get with us, each and every time:

Most property photographers are in a rush to get in and out as quickly as possible. We take the time to make sure we have the best possible composition and lighting in all our photographs.
24h delivery, a link send straight to your inbox
No need to keep checking an external portal, we will alert you as soon as your images are ready to be downloaded.
The right amount of images for each property - no hidden fees / upsale
Instead of having to choose between a limited basic package, which often doesn't include enough images to cover the whole property, and an expensive premium package - we have decided to offer one affordable flat fee, which covers the right amount of images for each property. This is typically between 15 - 21 pictures for a family home. Get in touch to find out more!
Correct lighting and white balance
No matter how you look at it, dark rooms and yellow ceilings don't exactly shout "bright and spacious home" regardless what you write in the property description. We use professional lighting equipment and editing softwares to create natural, non-flashy looking images to engage the browsing eyes of a potential buyer / tenant.
Straight verticals -no more wonky buildings
A small detail perhaps in the scheme of things, but how does this reflect on your brand? According to Rightmove Consumer Research, quality photos have 3 major influences on customers: the most important aspect of your online advertising, a major factor for sellers and landlords, and essential in attracting attention. So best to get it right.
Guaranteed blue sky to all main external images
We will add a natural looking blue sky to all main external photographs if we don't get one on the day of shooting.
We cover important details and views
Instead of leaving this to the 'premium package', our standard flat fee covers any feature details and views from the property.
We hand edit each image
This is something you don't often hear coming from a property photographer! It is, however, the only way to make sure that each image is up to standard.
2D coloured floor plans with your company logo
We feel that a nice looking and easily readable floor plan is an essential part of property marketing. We will therefore include a coloured floor plan with a compass and your company logo in our standard flat fee. Get in touch to find out more!
